1) By joining our program you automatically agree these Terms of Service. Members that do not agree these terms should stop using our service and terminate their account immediately.2) We are not responsible for any losses and/or damages of any kind arising out of the relationship between you and our program
3) You are allowed to have one account per IP address or household. Do not try to create more than one account, as all of your accounts will be terminated and balances will be forfeited.
4) You have to provide a valid email address upon registering.
5) It has to be stressed that auto-click software is in any kind is prohibited. If we catch you using using this kind of software, your account will be terminated without notice.
6) Your upline cannot be changed.
7) Payments will be made in 10 business-days for standard members and INSTANT payouts fomethod is being used at this timer premium members. All payments will be made either by AlertPay or via PayPal. No other payment
8) We remain the right to terminate your account in cases like, but not limited to, spamming, cheating or general misuse of the system.
9) All purchased items are non-refundable. Charge back or reverse transactions made on your purchases will lead to immediate account termination.
10) Recently we are getting lots of chinese cheaters trying to cheat and hack our system. For this reason Only Users from China,singapore,hongkong,taiwan are required to have Premium Membership in order to request a cashout.
11) We remain the right to modify your account information and/or balances due to evident errors in the system.
12) For Upgraded Members - The minimum amount paid is $1.00 on the first cashout. This amount will increase by $1.00 for each cashout until it reaches a fixed minimum amount of $10.00.
13) For Standard Members - The minimum amount paid is $3.00 on the first cashout. This amount will increase by $1.00 for each cashout until it reaches a fixed minimum amount of $15.00.
14) Users using false information when registering or changing their personal settings will have their account suspended
15) After getting a payment from us you must post your payment proof with screen or image shot on our forum within 24 to 48 hours if not do, your account will be on HOLD or Suspended.
